The York
MaxaMi$er Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) reduces the cost of heating and cooling a building by using exhaust air to condition incoming outdoor air. The
MaxaMi$er ERV uses an enthalpy wheel containing silica gel desiccant to absorb heat from the buildings exhaust air. The wheel then turns and releases the absorbed energy into the intake air. This process warms the intake air in the winter and cools it in the summer, reducing the load and the associated energy costs. Click

Increased Comfort - As buildings begin using more outdoor air to improve indoor air quality (IAQ), ERV's become economically attractive for helping control heating, cooling and humidity levels in the conditioned space. True Economizer Operation- Under proper conditions economizers offer significant savings by using cool outside air to condition a building without running the compressor(s). Most ERV systems offer limited economizer operation, but with the York MaxaMi$er ERV system economizer operation is not hampered as the ERV wheel is removed from the airsteam for full, economical economizer operation.
