And, if you purchase any York® Affinity series gas furnace with a matching Affinity series two-stage air conditioner or heat pump, you'll receive our Premium System Warranty Program: a 10-year limited parts warranty and a lifetime limited compressor warranty.

*Must be installed after May 1, 2009, and registered online within 90 days of installation—otherwise the parts warranty reverts to a 5-year limited parts warranty.

The Affinity 9.M is 97% AFUE rated.
The Affinity 8.M is 80% AFUE rated.
